Security and privacy

  • Your data is processed in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We do not share it with third parties unless necessary to process your booking.

Additional services and special requests

  • Yes, upon prior request. Some services are charged separately on site.

  • It depends on the property. If allowed, a surcharge applies as stated in the accommodation description.

  • Charging directly from sockets or the property’s electrical system is not allowed without prior notice. It is only possible with the owner’s prior approval and at an additional cost.

Arrival and stay

  • Check-in and check-out times are stated in your travel documents. As a rule, check-in is after 4:00 p.m. and check-out until 10:00 a.m.

  • The number of persons may not exceed the maximum capacity stated in the accommodation description. Otherwise, the host may refuse accommodation without a refund.

Cancellation and changes

  • Yes, but cancellation fees apply according to our Booking Conditions: 

    • up to 43 days before arrival: 30% of the total booking amount 
    • from the 42nd day before arrival: 100% of the booking amount 
  • Changes are possible up to 43 days before arrival, subject to availability and prior written approval.

Payment and prices

  • Payment is made by bank transfer or credit card.

  • Yes, all prices include electricity and water consumption, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, tourist tax and heating/air conditioning, unless otherwise stated.

  • Yes. The security deposit is handed over to the host in cash upon arrival and returned in cash upon departure after the inspection of the property. The amount varies depending on the property and is stated in the booking confirmation.

  • Briskva issues an invoice as proof of balance payment. VAT is included in the price.

Booking process

  • You can book via our website, by e-mail or by phone. Once we receive your request, we will send you a booking confirmation with payment details.

  • The booking is confirmed once you receive our written confirmation and make the advance payment in accordance with the conditions.

  • Briskva is a travel agency from Poreč offering holiday homes, villas and apartments in Istria and other parts of the Adriatic. We operate on our own behalf and on behalf of the property owners.

General about accommodation

  • Yes, all our accommodation units are equipped with bed linen and towels, unless otherwise stated in the property description. 

  • Standard check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Early check-in is only possible upon prior request and approval, depending on availability. If there is a guest departure scheduled on the same day, early check-in is usually not possible. Availability can be checked in the calendar of each property on briskva.com.

  • All amenities of each property are listed on briskva.com. All properties have free Wi-Fi.
